How many dividers come in one pack?
Each divider package contains 12 divider cards and a set of labels.
Exactly what size are the dividers?
The main divider body is the same size as a standard CD case. The tab
at the top is 1.5 inches wide and extends 0.5 inches above the rest of
the divider. Take a look at our schematic
for a graphical representation of this.
Are phone-in orders accepted?
Sorry, no. At this time we're unable to process credit card directly,
so all credit card orders must go through PayPal's online payment
system.
How quickly do dividers ship?
You can view shipping charges by entering your zip code
on our order page. The shipping time
estimates we provide are given by the carrier, so we cannot guarantee
delivery times. You will receive an email shipping
confirmation when your order goes out.
Is international shipping available?
At this time we're unable to sell small quantities to customers
outside the United States. If you're an international customer and
wish to be notified when we begin accepting such orders, send us an
email at international@discdividers.com.
Please include your country as the subject.
If you're interested in ordering 5 or more divider packages to an
international address, drop us an email at help@discdividers.com with
your full shipping address and we'll get you a custom shipping
quote. Payment through PayPal is the preferred payment method.
Are dividers available for other media formats?
We're in the process of developing dividers for other media formats
(such as DVDs, LPs, floppy disks, zip disks). If you'd like us to
notify you when these become available, simply email notifyme@discdividers.com
and include your desired media type(s) as the subject. We'll drop you
a line when new divider types become available.
Are bulk wholesale orders possible?
We're actively seeking distribution opportunities and welcome any
inquiries in this area. Email us at wholesale@discdividers.com
with a description of your company and your interest.
Are custom-printed labels available?
In the future, we'd like to offer custom labels for dividers as an
online service. You would be able to use our website to enter the text
you desire on your labels, and then we'd print and send them to you
through the mail. To be notified when this feature becomes available,
email notifyme@discdividers.com
with the word "labels" as the subject.
What's the deal with the "links" page?
Do you have a music-related website whose readers might be interested
in our product? Send a note to links@discdividers.com and
include your URL, with a brief description of your site. We're more
than happy to link to you if you'll link to us.
What's the site's privacy policy?
We will not sell or otherwise share any information of any kind with
any 3rd parties, under any circumstances. Nor do we send unsolicited
email... the only emails we send out are one-time mailings in direct
response to specific requests or orders you make.
